Sometimes, even the best plans get grounded.
Literally.
Last month, we were fully locked in for CES in Las Vegas. The booth was built. The software demos were polished. The team was ready to meet partners, resellers and refurbishers from across the globe.
Then winter weather stepped in.
Two consecutive flight cancellations. Hours at the airport. No workaround. No backup route. Just the brutal realisation that our booth would stand there…completely empty.

An empty stand at one of the biggest tech events in the world is not exactly what you plan for.
But if you work in the refurbished device market, you already know this truth: nothing ever goes perfectly and resilience is part of the business model.
Phones get a second life. Processes get refined. Setbacks turn into upgrades.
So instead of letting the frustration freeze our momentum, we did what we always do: we went back to building.
Turning a setback into a reset
While CES was happening without us, January became one of the most productive months we’ve had in a long time.
No distractions. No travel chaos. Just pure focus.
We took a hard look at how refurbishers, wholesalers and service centres actually work at scale and where things still break down.
The conclusion was simple: speed without structure is chaos.
That’s why the updates we’re bringing to Barcelona aren’t cosmetic. They’re operational.
GSMx Barcelona, we’re coming for real this time
From February 25–27, you’ll find M360 at GSMx Barcelona and yes, we’re landing this time.
GSMx is where serious conversations happen. No hype. No theory. Just real problems, real workflows and real numbers.
And this year, we’re coming with features built specifically for high-volume operations.
📍 Location: Maritime Museum, Barcelona
🏢 Stand: M-40
What you’ll see at Booth M-40
👥 Operator Groups: control without micromanagement
As teams grow, chaos usually follows. Different shifts, different locations, different habits.
Operator Groups let you:
- Assign role-based permissions
- Control who can test, wipe or certify devices
- Standardize workflows across teams and locations
Result?
Fewer mistakes. Faster onboarding. Predictable output.
📱 Multi-Device View: batch work, minus the blind spots
Processing devices one by one doesn’t scale. Guessing what’s happening across a batch is even worse.
With our new Multi-Device View, you can:
- Monitor large batches in real time
- Spot errors instantly
- Run diagnostics and erasure workflows at scale
This is about visibility, knowing exactly what’s happening, right now, across hundreds of devices.
Our mission: remove the black boxes
Too much of the refurbished market still runs on assumptions:
- Incomplete checks
- Undocumented steps
- “It should be fine” logic
We’re here to kill that.
M360 is built around one idea: if it’s not transparent, it’s not scalable.
That’s why we’re proud to support this event, organised by gsmExchange and why GSMx matters to us. This industry doesn’t need more noise, it needs clarity.
Let’s meet (for real this time)
If CES taught us anything, it’s this: face-to-face still matters.
Come see the platform. Ask the hard questions. Bring your real-world workflows.
See you in Barcelona.
This time, the booth won’t be empty.
