A few months ago, M360 Diagnostics stepped into the industry spotlight for the first time. Since then, we haven’t just kept pace, we’ve accelerated.
Barcelona: Where it all began
February 2026. GSMx Barcelona. The first time M360 stood on a trade show floor as an exhibitor, in front of the most relevant players in the used phone market.
We didn’t bring a slideshow. We built live diagnostic stations where visitors could test devices themselves, in real time, through a workflow that felt like a natural extension of their own operation. The response was immediate: our stand was rarely empty, high-volume resellers signed up on-site, and more than a few visitors asked to buy the entire diagnostic station – hardware included – right off the floor.
Barcelona confirmed what we already believed: the market is ready for what M360 offers. Professional diagnostics, certified data erasure, standardised grading, device certification – not as a nice-to-have, but as operational infrastructure.
Amsterdam and Nice: Listening is a skill too
In the months that followed, our team attended Reconnect Expo in Amsterdam and ITAD Europe in Nice – this time as visitors. Deliberately. Because the most valuable insights at industry events don’t always come from your own booth. They come from corridor conversations, direct feedback from traders and refurbishers and first-hand observation of where the market is heading.
What we heard reinforced what we already knew: automated diagnostics, data security, and sustainability are no longer differentiators. They are entry-level requirements. The businesses that will lead this market are the ones who have already built these capabilities into their core operations.
ITC Malta: Exhibiting with purpose
In less than a month, M360 Diagnostics will take the floor at ITC Malta – this time as an exhibitor again, alongside names like PhoneCheck, Blackbelt360 and NSYS. That competitive context matters: we know exactly what market we’re operating in, and we know what we do differently.
But Malta doesn’t come out of nowhere. It’s the result of deliberate, sustained work.
The people who made it possible
M360’s growth over the past 18 months has been defined as much by the team built as by the product itself.
Our Project Lead brings the kind of structural clarity and focus that turns good ideas into executable roadmaps. Our CTO is an industry-recognised professional whose influence on the platform’s architecture and development culture was felt immediately.
The best product is only as good as its ability to reach the right people. Our Marketing team is building exactly that bridge – communicating a complex B2B solution in a way that resonates with the professionals who need it. Our UI/UX work has transformed the diagnostic workflow into something that is not only efficient but genuinely intuitive for high-volume, daily operations.
And to make sure M360’s message reaches the industry, our Sales Manager was essential. With 10+ years of experience in industry trade shows and B2B sales, he ensures that showing up at the right events actually translates into the right conversations.
Beyond this core team, a full organisation works every day to make M360 the industry standard for device diagnostics.
There is no neutral gear
This market doesn’t wait. New device models appear daily. Diagnostic parameters shift. Data security requirements tighten. M360 is built for exactly this kind of environment – not reacting to change, but anticipating it.
We’re still early in the journey. Barcelona was the first step. Amsterdam and Nice were about listening and building relationships. Malta is where we show what those steps have added up to.
See you at ITC Malta.
