We’re thrilled to introduce M360 2.0 – the biggest upgrade to our desktop app since launch.

When working with a single device, you can now customise the layout to fit your workflow:

  • Choose what matters → Hide the tiles you don’t use and keep your screen focused.
  • Essentials always visible → Device Information, Diagnostics and Summary remain fixed so you never lose key data.
  • Set your own order → On the Device Information screen, decide exactly which details appear first, giving you faster access to the insights you rely on most.

This flexibility ensures every technician works in the most efficient, personalised and intuitive way.

3. Faster Diagnostics for iOS

We’ve merged Quick Diagnostics and Full Diagnostics into one streamlined flow. Technicians can now test iOS devices much faster – with fewer clicks, no unnecessary navigation and a smoother overall experience.

Our new and enhanced API offers deeper data access, more powerful endpoints and faster performance – ensuring seamless integration with your existing systems.

No. If you’re already using M360 on your PC, simply update to the new version. All your data, history and settings will remain intact.

🔹 Will my previous reports and certifications still be accessible?
Yes. All reports and certifications generated in earlier versions of M360 remain fully accessible in 2.0. Nothing is lost during the transition.

🔹 How long can I access my work history and reports?
Access depends on your licence type. Each plan includes a set retention period for work history and reports:

  • Pilot → 1 month
  • Starter → 6 months
  • Pro → 12 months
  • Business & Enterprise → 24 months

🔹 Is there any additional cost for 2.0?
No. M360 2.0 is included in your current plan. Whether you’re on a Pilot, Starter, Pro, Business or Enterprise licence, you can update at no extra charge.

🔹 Will the new UI affect my workflow?
The core functionality remains the same – diagnostics, certified data erasure and grading all work as before. The difference is in the interface: navigation is simpler, workflows are faster and operations are easier to manage.
